This apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area, with French doors that fill the room with light and provide those breathtaking views across the beach. Sunbeam benefits from a balcony and has the further advantage of a hot tub for you to kick back and relax in, and fully enjoy the most amazing of views.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary essentials that will be needed during your stay.

Lovely relaxed location

Wonderful location, peace and quiet and lovely views over the bay and the Gower. Lovely to chill out in the hot tub. Apartment was generally clean but someone needs to check the little things, the windows were dirty on the inside, finger marks, greasy prints etc, the tall lamp in the lounge has a plethora of dead flies and cobwebs in that look to have been there a long time 😳. The floor looks like it could do with replacing but that wasn't an issue really.. My biggest gripe would be that the 'double' bed is only a SMALL 4 foot double, not a standard 4 foot 6.. Very little room for 2 adults, but the mattress WAS comfortable when I managed to get some😂. The headboard was a bit grubby too. Not complaints, didn't spoil our time there, but a little TLC would make a lot of difference. Emailed the letting agent in the address attached to the booking confirmation 3 times before staying to ask questions and didn't receive any reply which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Wales booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the property did not match the description provided. The listing described the apartment as luxurious, but in reality, it appeared quite tired and basic, with old furnishings and facilities. While the location was satisfactory and the booking process was smooth, the condition of the apartment did not meet my expectations based on the advertised description. I believe it is important for future guests to have an accurate representation of the property to make informed decisions. I hope that the company will consider updating the listing to reflect the actual condition of the apartment.
