HUTB-016527 Apartment with capacity for 3 people in first line of sea, very close to all services. Very bright apartment with spectacular sea views. Located in the town of Pineda de mar and just 30 metres from the beach. It has a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation offers free wifi service. The building has a lift.

Persons in the property: · The house is rented complete for exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. · It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted. The key collection is done at our office from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Carrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.

Late arrival and departure: · Late arrival option from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Price 50€ per reservation (payment upon arrival) · Late arrival option from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am: Price 100€ per reservation (payment upon arrival) · Out of hours check-in option with safety box at the office at no cost. · Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund of the reservation. · Payment of mandatory tourist tax: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning: . The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and garbage deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

No beach towels are provided.

Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician.

Rules: · Guests accept to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. · Parties or celebrations are not allowed in the property. · Pets are welcome in this property. Price per night 6 euros.
