CASA ALMA - VILLASIMIUS

The covered veranda, the solarium, and the garden enjoy an incredible panorama, and will allow you to stay in touch with the sea and nature throughout the holiday. Externally available are also the barbecue and the outdoor shower.

Regarding Casa Alma's indoor spaces, on the ground floor: dining room with table, equipped kitchenette with induction hob, and panoramic relaxation area – bedroom (double bed 160 x190cm) – full bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor you will find: bedroom (double bed 160x 190cm) cm) – bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds 80x 190cm) – full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The air conditioning and heating of the house are guaranteed by 4 efficient, latest-generation split units in every bedroom and in the living room.

Parking and access to the property. Guests may: (option 1) park directly in the courtyard, but we note that it is necessary to drive along a narrow and steep driveway (option 2) park in the condominium car park area, which is located within the private area of the complex, and walk up a dirt path about 40 metres long. Due to the conformation of the property and the neighborhood in general, the stay is recommended only for guests without mobility issues.

We are located in the condominium of Porto Sa Ruxi, a quiet condominium of villas only near the beautiful beach from which it takes its name. The street where we are: Viale Puglia, is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic, as it is used only by residents to access homes. When you don't feel like cooking at home, a romantic beachfront restaurant shaded by age-old junipers is convenient for taking a break from the sea :) It's called "La Capannina" Guests can also reach the village of Villasimius with just 5 minutes by car (5km). The town is very lively and has all the services. Impossible to get bored, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, night clubs and the shopping street, Sardinian handicrafts and traditional food shops. The country, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services to enjoy a holiday full of fun, nightlife and seaside and recreational activities. While staying at Casa Alma, a vehicle is essential. In addition to the beach of Porto Sa Ruxi (reachable in about 7 minutes on foot), you can reach the other beaches in the area and the services of the town of Villasimius only thanks to a vehicle
