Modern and spacious two bedroom apartment, outdoor decking area. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, ensuite and also a separate private bathroom. Fresh and tastefully decorated. Close to family-friendly activities, public transport and the airport. Very close to the award winning beach and gardens, the thriving town of Bournemouth and also minutes from Westbourne which has bars, cafes and many shops. Parking space is for a small/medium sized car, free street parking. Walk to the beach.
The space
A lovely, well maintained, nicely furnished two bedroom apartment ten minutes walk from Bournemouth town centre in the sought after Westbourne area of town. The apartment benefits from one small space for a small car on the forecourt and also free on street parking and all mod cons such as internet, smart TV in the lounge and Freeview TV in the master bedroom. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, the other with bath and separate shower. Large fully fitted kitchen space and all utilities required.
The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King with en suite
Bedroom 2: 2 x single
Bathroom: bath and separate shower
Lounge: sofa bed, sofa and TV
Kitchen/dining: fully furnished
Garden space: outside table and chairs
Guest access
Access all areas privately, plus garage which is shared space.

UPDATE: We would like to reassure all guests that we clean ourselves to extremely high standards. We thoroughly cleanse and sanitise all surfaces, handles, light switches, TV controls etc between each occupancy.
Lovely outside space for children to enjoy and/or outside eating.
