It is located in the tourist area of Caniço de Baixo, with several accesses to the sea, including the beach of Reis Magos. Of great accessibility, as it is located next to an access to the highway and main road that crosses the southern area of Madeira Island.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV, internet, dining table, 2 sofas, one of them being a sofa bed, a large balcony with sea view and laundry. It is inserted in a private condominium that offers garage, elevator, access to the gardens and shared pool.
Located 500 m from Praia dos Reis Magos with access to a promenade where you can enjoy a pleasant walk with panoramic views of the sea where you will find several restaurants and bars. Here you can find several water activities from diving, stand up paddling, snorkeling or just enjoy the best that Madeira has to offer, good weather!
