Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable seating perfect for relaxation and socializing, a large dining table ideal for family meals, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The cozy rustic decor, accented with warm wooden touches, adds to the inviting ambiance of the home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a coffee machine for your morning brew, dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience, a full set of cookware and utensils, a large fridge and freezer, and ample counter space for meal preparation.

Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed (note: slightly shorter than standard), a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom featuring one twin bed with a pull-out trundle. An additional sofa bed in the living area offers extra sleeping space if needed. Each bedroom provides ample storage with wardrobes and bedside tables.

There are two indoor bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and fresh towels, along with an additional outdoor bathroom conveniently located near the pool area.

The villa’s private swimming pool is spacious and well-maintained, available exclusively for guest use, with sun loungers and poolside seating for relaxing under the sun. The surrounding garden features lush greenery, a shaded pergola perfect for al fresco dining, a BBQ grill, and an overall serene setting with beautiful plants and natural surroundings.

This is a pet-friendly environment, with an on-site dog and two cats that have their own space but may occasionally be seen around the property. Guests are welcome to bring their own pets but must notify the host in advance, as a pet fee applies.
