This beautiful one-level villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private pool is the ideal destination for your well-deserved holiday. The flat plot and south-facing position lets you soak up the sun all year round.

The heart of the villa lies in its open living and dining area, where natural light cascades through the windows, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. Sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy quality time with your family or friends. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. There’s a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, airfryer and kettle.

Down the hallway are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering enough space for you and your loved ones to relax and unwind. The largest three bedrooms all have double beds, fitted wardrobes and airconditioning. There's also a small extra bedroom with one bunkbed ideal for children.

There are two individual bathrooms. One is equipped with a bath/shower combination, sink, toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Step outside into the covered naya with views of the lovely pool and garden. Here you can enjoy your al fresco meals or homemade breakfast.

There’s a private pool with comfortable loungers, perfect for sunbathing and simply enjoying a moment of pure relaxation. Or sit back and unwind with a cocktail in the separate lounge set under the porch.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: The house is located in a residential area, please respect this. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
