Beautiful new build property set over 3 floors. This amazing house is just a stones throw from the famous Liverpool Football Club and can comfortably accommodate 7 People.

The Luxury home boasts free parking and a garden with a less than 10-minute drive from the busy Liverpool city centre.
The space
This is an Amazing new build property recently brought to the serviced accommodation Market. Coming into the spacious hallway you will find a ground floor WC and sink. Just off the hallway you enter the fully kitted kitchen equipped with a washing machine, Fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all the cooking utensils you will need to prepare a light snack or a full 3-course meal.

Through to the large lounge at the back of the house overlooking the garden, this comfortable room contains a flat screen Smart TV, dining area and plenty of comfortable seating.

The first bedroom on the second floor contains 2 single beds with plenty of room to move about and store luggage. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed, again with plenty of room to move about. The main bathroom is also located on this floor with a bath and stand up shower ready for use.

on the top floor of this luxury home is a spacious bedroom with 2 comfortable double beds located within.

The guests will have access to the whole house and Garden.

Perfect for match days!

My family and I came from the US to watch LFC play. Short walk to the stadium, perfect setup for my husband, myself and our two adult boys. Would stay here again.

Liverpool - Anfield

Cozy property with a good location for attending a football match at Anfield. House came as advertisted. Some basic instructions or guideboom is needed, as operating items were left for us to fiqure out. Beds need matresses replaced as it was not the most comfortable sleep. Overall, the home met our needs with too mamy issues.

close to the stadiums, ideal for visiting fans, easy parking.

We got this as a last minute replacement booking. When we arrived early as agreed with the owner, the cleaners had not been in. But they came during the day to change the bedding and towels. The bins were overflowing and we couldn't get them out through the locked garden gate or the house. He needs a recycling bin in the kitchen too so visitors are clear on sorting the rubbish, and not using black bags for the recycling, and make it possible to take out the bins on Wednesdays. We think he should have cleaning materials and a dustpan and brush so longer stay visitors can keep the place tidy. We enjoyed our visit to Liverpool very much, and the house was fine, just sort out the bins.

Not so ‘Royal’

Couldn’t fault the property owner, quick to reply to messages (usually within 24 hours). House itself comfortably fitted 5 of us, I would say 7 would be a squeeze. The sleeping arrangements within the house are good; first floor contained a single room and another room with x2 single beds in. Second floor had x2 double beds in. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. No storage space to unpack. Front room living space is very small. A small 2 seater sofa with a single seated fold out sofa bed and a benched table which wasn’t comfortable to sit on for long periods of time (this could seat 4 of you on, 2 each side of the bench). The cleanliness when entering the property didn’t come across overly clean. The flooring had dirt on throughout the property, the bedding also had odd hairs on and the fridge also had dirt marks and hair on. Hair in between toes, earrings stood on! The Wi-Fi didn’t work for us at all. We contacted the property owner on arrival regarding the Wi-Fi and he said he would contact the Wi-Fi company. On departure, we were offered a late check out of 15:00 but this was 30 minutes prior to the original departure time and we had already left. Apologies were given but we had booked the property for 2 nights so this could’ve been given sooner then 30 minutes prior to departure time. Extremely quiet location. Parking for x1 car at side of property. Permit only parking between August-June due to football. This wasn’t stated on the original booking notes.
