Featuring a spacious open-plan living and dining area and a top-notch kitchen, the villa offers two of its four bedrooms on the upper level. The terrace or balcony outside each room provides easy access to the sea views, and the nearby sandy beach, just a 5-minute drive away, can be reached in no time. For those who don't want to miss their exercise routine, the villa is equipped with a running machine on the lower level and a private infinity pool perfect for an early-morning swim. There's also a poolhouse with a shower, WC, fridge-freezer, and ice-maker, making it easy to lounge all day.
