The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box, along with a king-size bedroom with a TV and sofa, and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a private balcony with furniture, a shared garden with lawn, patio, furniture, sun loungers, a shared unheated swimming pool 4ft 6" depth (33ft x 15ft) and off-road parking for one car. The swimming pool has seasonal opening times: open from mid-May until the first week of October. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price (please bring along your own pool towels). You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. For a romantic escape to Devon, book Shillings Cottage. Note: This is an adult-only property (not suitable for babies, toddlers or children).
