Njut av stranden vid detta fantastiska 5 sovrum, 3 badrum privat hem inom 200 meter frÄn Cocoa Beach! Plats, plats, plats! Det finns inga gator att korsa pÄ vÀgen till stranden. Det Àr ett rakt skott nerför trottoaren till stranden crossover. VÄrt strandhus ligger 25 minuter frÄn Space Coast Stadium Complex.

Har en stor familjegrupp? Inget behov av att boka flera lÀgenheter! Seahorse Beach House Àr redo att rymma stora familjegrupper. Det sover 2 pÄ första vÄningen och 9 pÄ andra vÄningen. Detta Àr ett privat hem som stÄr i sin egen mark med egen privat uppvÀrmd freestyle pool.

Seahorse första vÄningen innehÄller kök, matsal, frukostkrok och TV-lounge i en öppen planlösning. Köket Àr utrustat med helt nya rostfria vitvaror, krukor, kokkÀrl, tallrikar, ect. En hÀrlig rotting matsal har plats för 6 personer, medan 3 kan sitta pÄ matchande avföring vid disken. En mysig frukostkrog sitter 4 gÀster. Grundliga franska dörrar utanför köket, en skÀrmad solporch Àr det perfekta stÀllet att koppla av. Ett drottning sovrum ligger pÄ första vÄningen med badkar i nÀrheten. Detta Àr ett perfekt rum för dem som begÀr ett sovrum i nedre vÄningen.

Den andra vÄningen kan sova 9 personer i sÀngar. Ett stort sovrummet innehÄller en king size-sÀng, HD-TV och har egen privat balkong. BefÀlhavaren badrum innehÄller en separat dusch och soaker badkar, tillsammans med en klÀdkammare. Sovrum 2 innehÄller en queen size-sÀng, HD-TV och öppnar pÄ ena sidan direkt i hall duschbad. En ny tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare ligger centralt i tvÀttstugan pÄ denna vÄning. Sovrum 3 Àr möblerad med en full dubbelsÀng och har massor av inbyggda hyllor för förvaring, samt en garderob. Sovrum 4 Àr instÀlld med 2 enkelsÀngar och en fönsterbÀdd med en anpassad madrass som Àr storlek mellan en full och en tvilling. Det har ocksÄ HD-TV. Detta skulle vara ett bra rum för flera barn eller tonÄringar.

En stor lanai har utsikt över den hÀrliga privata uppvÀrmda poolen och ger fler alternativ för sittplatser och matsal. Din grupp kanske föredrar att njuta av mat hÀr med bÄde ett vuxenbord och ett barnbord. High end pool möbler gör sola en bris pÄ pooldÀcket. Poolleksaker, strandleksaker, surfbrÀdor och cyklar finns för din njutning.

Best Cocoa Beach Vacation

This house is absolutely perfect in every way! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is fantastic and great for all ages, making it a fun spot for the whole family. We appreciated the double locks on the doors, which gave us peace of mind about our kids' safety. The house is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were incredibly receptive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we required. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and we even used the baby high chair, pool toys, and floats, all of which made our stay even more convenient. The house is immaculately clean, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year! You will love it too!

Nice Place

Very nice accommodations. Pool was a little dirty, needed vacuuming. No hot water, very little warm water/cold for showers the first day and a half. Was remedied quickly by the property manager. Not really impressed with the owner suggesting we turn the valve all the way to the left to get hot water. That’s a bit of a no brainer. All in all, a very nice place and very close to the beach, albeit a little pricey.

Universal and Beach Days

Great location the beach. We enjoyed the laid back vibes of Cocoa Beach between making the short commute to Orlando for the theme parks. Awesome host. Awesome property. Awesome trip!

Everything we could need or want

The property was fantastic for a large family. So much room to spread out. My grandchildren loved having their own space in such a soothing atmosphere. The several seating areas were great for eating meals. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The older grandkids could to the beach several times a day. We loved the beach chairs provided and the wagon to get everything yo the beach and back. One family took their kids to The Dinosaur Museum, while the other headed to putt-putt golf. We visited Cocoa Beach Pier, NASA Space Center, Ron Jon’s, Surf Style and had some great food. We spent a lot of time in the pool too. Such a great asset.
So relaxing after a day of shopping!

Family vacation

The house was a great size with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. So many outdoor spaces. Loved the pool and how it had a small shallow end for my 3 year old to play on. The room off the pool was great for eating and playing games. The house had everything you need for a beach day and was a very short walk. Saw a rocket launch from the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Getaway

Cathy was an executive host. The house was clean and well stocked for entertainment. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Between the pool and the beach, the kids set new records for lack of phone usage. Instead they took surf lessons, then used Cathy’s surf board at the house to spend hours in the ocean perfecting their skill. We saw two rocket launches, and saw our friends off on their cruise.We look forward to returning!Thanks Cathy!Steve

Family Christmas Vacation

Cathy was fantastic! She communicated with us throughout the entire stay. We had a very large group of adults and children and this home had everything we needed. The pool was heated and well maintained and the home was in a great location and just steps from the beach. We would absolutely rent from Cathy again!

Family vacation

This property was amazing!! It was perfect for our family vacation with grandparents and cousins!! The house had everything needed for the pool or beach and the kitchen was well supplied since we cooked at the house a good bit. The beach was just a little walk but was not far at all and no main roads or traffic. We had enough room to accommodate everyone and plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. The lanai was a family favorite at night for snack time, movies and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the kids room and enjoyed their “sleep over”.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family has been getting together at the Seahorse for 5 years now. We all look forward to our yearly visit. With 5 bedrooms, the house is great for my husband and I, our grown children and grandchildren. We absolutely love the pool and the very short walk to the beach. (Just one block away). The house is very clean, well laid out, and completely ready for a stay at the beach. The owner is gracious and helpful. The house is close to a grocery, store, souvenir shop, putt putt, ice cream shop, doughnut place, restaurants, etc. This home truly is a perfect spot!

Great trip

Cathy is always a great host. This location was perfect for our family of 11, ages 4-60. Short walk to the beach, great restuarants, and loved the private pool. Accommodations were perfect.

Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our group included 4 adults and 3 children (age 3 - 7) and this house was perfect for everyone. The first floor has an open floor plan with tons of space so we weren't on top of each other but also together. Upstairs the bedrooms were spacious and the kids room was the perfect spot for the kids to sleep and play. The pool and 3-seasons room were a huge hit with everyone and we spent most of our time out there. The houses proximity to the beach was outstanding and much closer than expected (maybe a 3 minute walk). The home owner Cathy was an excellent communicator and even let us check in a little early.

Great vacation

February Vacation

Overall, this property was great. The location was extremely close to the beach and amenities were within walking distance or just a short car ride. The house was well stocked with items that you might need; although, some were broken (for example, a few beach chairs) but nothing that made our stay any less enjoyable. There was ample room in the house for our entire family to be comfortable for the week. The temps during our stay were a bit chilly so the pool could have been warmer but we still used it anyway. Thanks for a great stay!
