Studio for 2 people fully equipped with sofa bed and a large shower room. Ideal for your escapades to discover the springs of Lake Annecy and the many outdoor activities on offer.
In an old barn completely renovated into a small building with four other gĂźtes (2 on the same level, 2 on the 2nd floor), 39mÂČ studio on the 1st floor. Gite located in a quiet hamlet of Doussard.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher) open on the living room (dining table for 4 persons, rapido sofa bed 140x190 cm, storage furniture, connected television, reversible air conditioning), French window with railing.
Shower room (shower, double washbasin on cabinet, towel warmer, washing machine). Separate WC.
Sheets - bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Internet access by wifi. Home automation shutters in the whole flat.
Bicycle room (in the garage on the right, accessible from the entrance courtyard/parking lot). Private parking on site, closed by gate. Garden furniture available in the shared courtyard. Electric grill or barbecue available on request.
Entrance to the building secured by Vigik badge and intercom. Access to the flat via a stairwell shared with the other gĂźtes.
Shops in Doussard (2km), restaurants in the vicinity (close to the touristic itinerary of the lake). Greenway (tour of Lake Annecy) at 300m. Annecy at 20 km. Doussard beach and Bout du Lac nature reserve 2.5 km away (less than 10 minutes by bike), free flight at the Col de la Forclaz 15 km away.
Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4pm and 7pm. Reminder: a deposit is required on arrival with an inventory of fixtures.
The location in a quiet and bucolic setting far from the city is perfect for discovering Lake Annecy and the natural massif of the Bauges.
