As a private urbanization, access is restricted to residents only, ensuring that the stunning Cala Llorell beach remains less crowded than other beaches on the Costa Brava.

One of the villaâs standout features is its impressive double-tiered swimming pool. The upper-level pool cascades into a shallower lower pool, creating a tranquil waterfall effectâperfect for both relaxation and safe play for children!

A large terrace with a covered dining area for 10 guests.
A cozy chill-out corner.
A second terrace with a seating area and built-in stone BBQ.
A lush garden with sun loungers, ideal for families.

Drive up to the villaâs private garage, which accommodates two cars. Additional parking is available in front of the house. On the garage's floor there's a spacious extra room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and second fridge.
