THE SPACE
This studio apartment is only 150sq feet. It has been designed to efficiently accommodate your necessities with enough room to be comfortable.

A cozy full sized bed can accommodate up to 2 people.

The kitchenette is equipped with basic utensils, a microwave and a small fridge.

The multipurpose countertop can be used either for meals or as a work space. WiFi and a smart TV have been installed for your convenience.

The compact half bath has been furnished with a rain shower and toilet, and local toiletries accompany the bedroom basin.

A small outdoor patio is also available for use.

Entry to the compound is via lockbox.
Guest access
Although this is a private space, it is on a shared compound. Parties, events and pets are therefore not allowed. A small private patio is available for guests and a shared garden area is accessible.
Other things to note
Depending on the time of year, quiet nights cannot be guaranteed as the apartment is in the centre of the entertainment and social hub of the city. December to March is usually peak activity time.

Smoking is prohibited.

Routine cleaning will take place before and after a stay, in keeping with standard Covid-19 safety practices. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee on request.
