Each of the 4 bedrooms has 1 double-sized bed. Good sized living room with optional sofa bed and a dining table, with a separate kitchen fully equipped for your stay.
In case of rush in private space demand, it has a modern bathroom/shower, WC and an ensuite room.
Free high-speed BT 38Mbps wifi is available at your disposal.
All the linens and towels are provided for you.
We welcome business and leisure travellers to stay to have a real 'home from home' experience when staying in Coventry.
Check-in times are from 3 pm, check-out at 10am.

The residential area is a stone's throw away from Jaguar Land Rover JLR famous global headquarter in WHITLEY, COVENTRY, WEST MIDLANDS.
As well as being the global headquarters, this site is home to Jaguar Design and Jaguar Land Rover’s corporate teams. These include Marketing, Sales & Service, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Purchasing. You’ll also find a state-of-the-art anechoic chamber on the site.
The city centre is a 10-minute drive away either along the main road (depending on where you want to go to) with shops, restaurants, theatre, Cathedral, museums, ice rink, sports centre, swimming pool, etc.
Please note we have a minimum age of 25 for all guests.
We’re thrilled you’ve chosen our space for your getaway. We want you to have an amazing stay with us, and we’ve tried to think of the finer details to help you do just that.
In return we ask you to please abide by the following rules.
All of our homes are in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have consideration for our neighbours later in the evening.
1. If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
2. Not to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties. If, on arrival, it is felt the Guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000.
3. Please keep music to a reasonable level outside the property. The garden outside lights automatically turn off at 11PM.
4. Not to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.
5. Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
6. Not to smoke in the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. Please empty ashtrays into the outside bins using a bin liner before you leave. Please do not throw cigarette ends onto the floor. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £200.
7. Read any safety notices and advice upon arrival at the property, in particular, parking information and fire safety details.
8. Not to re-let or sublet the property to any other group / party.
9. Only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
10. Not to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
11. Not to light any fires or candles in the property.
12. Not to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance.
13. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, including running the dishwasher (if the house has one), putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used.
