Nice apartment in a building in the Puig Rom, overlooking the Bay of Roses, a nice terrace and private garage.
The apartment is distributed in:

* Dining room with sofa and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).
* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster...

* Magnificent south facing terrace with stunning views of the Bay of Roses.

Located 20/25 minutes walk from Canyelles beach (natural fine sand beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open according to season).
Located 30-35 minutes walk from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers. Driving a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play minigolf, boat trips to Cape Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialties.
