This 3-bedroom townhouse is perfect for you and surely the kids will love the kiddie pool! The apartment is very cozy and has all you need for comfortable stay. You can enjoy terrace and shadow of the trees in the period of hot summer. It is surrounded with a golf view, as well as stunning views of the sea and the mountains and is just a 5-minute walk away from the best restaurants, bars, pool clubs, and so much more at Aloha Gardens. Also, it is not so far from the beach side. Just 5-minute drive on the car and you are in the most luxury beach of Puerto Banus.
The space
Features of this 200 sqm spacious vacation home, include access to 3 pools with 1 being for the kids and a very spacious private terrace.
The townhouse on richly-appointed spaces like the living area that features a wall-mounted TV across a custom couch and glass doors that provide plenty of natural lighting.
Up the decorous swirl stairs sitting at the center of the lower floor, you'll find a gorgeous master suite and a spacious room for those who prefer to sleep apart with 2 single beds. Both rooms feature ensuite bathrooms and access to the remarkably palatial rooftop terrace. If you are health enthusiast, here you will have plenty of space for your workout routines, yoga sessions, or just the ultimate R&R - rest and relaxation on the sun bed and sun loungers. Do all this while taking in the most stunning views of the sea, mountains, and the entire neighborhood.
The good news doesn't stop here; one of the best things about the property is that it rests in a prime location of Nueva Andalucia within walking distance to the best areas and amenities.

Guests will have full, exclusive access to the townhouse including private terraces, the infinity pool and all of the garden grounds as well as the free parking.

âą Pets
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
âą No Parties
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some "party friendly" properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
âą AC/Heater
Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
âą Security deposit
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
âą Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
âą Check-out is at latest 11AM.
