A beautiful place to stay in the Cotswolds with 4 fantastic pubs within 10 minutes walk.
The Bull pub in the village won "National Pub of the Year" in 2025!
There are a huge number of stunning country walks direct from the front door.
It's a large, spacious 4 bedroom detached house with private garden.
Wheelchair friendly with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor.
Private parking on the drive for several cars.

Our Scandinavian-designed eco house is in the heart of the Cotswolds. Built with triple insulation, solar panels, air filtration and underfloor heating.
The house has high-speed 360 Mbps WiFi, making it perfect for both remote work and relaxing getaways.
Accessible:
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, including one with a walk-in shower â ideal for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The wide hallway, step-free access, and smooth flooring make moving around easy.
Air Conditioning:
We have a portable air-conditioning unit in the house that can be used in any of the bedrooms. We can also arrange for additional portable air conditioner units to be delivered for the duration of your stay for an extra charge.
Family & Pet Friendly:
The garden is fully enclosed â safe for both dogs and children.
Location:
Charlbury train station â 8-minute walk (direct trains to London in 1hr 10min)
Soho Farmhouse â 14-minute drive
Blenheim Palace â 15-minute drive
The Bull & The Bell pubs â 3-minute walk

Weâve put sustainability at the heart of the house: Low-VOC, eco-friendly paint throughout, upcycled and handmade furniture, local gallery artwork, sustainable toiletries.

An electric sit/stand desk is available for working comfortably during your stay.

The long private driveway fits up to 6 cars, and thereâs free street parking nearby too.
