This spacious and cozy townhouse is located in the heart of Protaras, just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Protaras

On the ground floor, tastefully decorated open plan living-dining-kitchen, guest toilet.
Spacious front lawn with sun loungers leads you directly to the beach. This area has a wooden fence with gates, which gives the house more privacy and security for your children so that they cannot run away without your knowledge straight to the sea. Also, there is a recreation area where you can dine in the fresh sea air.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed, the other two double.
From the balcony of the master bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the sea breeze with a cup of aromatic coffee.
