Villa LANDI Fantastic location on the hill with swim pool for a relax holiday

Villa LANDI is located in one of the most renowned and quiet areas on the hills of Lucca, the historic center is less than 4km away.
Forte dei Marmi is just 38km away
Pisa and the leaning tower is just 18 km away and you can reach Florence in less than an hour by car,
The villa has 5 large newly renovated double bedrooms, we provide linen and a pool towel. Upon request and for a fee, linen is changed mid-week.
The Blue and Red rooms have a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, we provide a hairdryer in all bathrooms.
While the other 3 double bedrooms have access to a third bathroom.
The villa is 400m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor we have a large kitchen, dining room, TV room, a fitness room and a room for study and work. The laundry which is completely free.

On the second floor, the sleeping area with 5 comfortable double bedrooms and a large living room and terrace overlooking the Lucca hills.
On the lower level we find the tavern with fireplace, a games room, a room with billiards and a leisure area.

In the park of over 3 hectares of garden there is the swimming pool, large with 2 levels of depth and a diving board.
The adjacent gazebo is suitable for special aperitifs, lunches and dinners by the pool with a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool is equipped with external lights for the evening, and a service bathroom for any eventuality without having to return to the villa.
In the area in front of the villa there is another outdoor gazebo for having lunch and dinner al fresco in a very pleasant and ventilated area.

There is a very comfortable and large brick barbecue for fantastic evenings of grilled meat.

As paid services we have an agreement with a professional chef for cooking courses directly in the villa and lunches and dinners to be booked and customized as desired.

Possibility to book fabulous massages in the pool with a professional.

Possibility of requesting food shopping to be found in the villa on the day of arrival.
The swimming pool opens in early May and is closed in October based on seasonal temperatures.

The tourist tax of €2.50 per day per person must be paid locally.
Free car parking, at check-in you are given the house keys and automatic gate opener.
