Admirals Home in Whitehaven, Cumbria sleeps sixteen guests in eight bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and two dishwashers. Dining seating for sixteen guests, a dining room with seating for sixteen guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size with freestanding bath, two super-king-sizes, a second-floor twin, a second-floor single and a second-floor family room with king-size and a single, along with bathroom, second-floor bathroom, second-floor shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, lawn, barbecue, hot tub, and furniture and parking is available in the nearby car park. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Admiral's Home is a fabulous base for your next getaway in Cumbria. Note: There are spiral staircases throughout the property, please take care. Please note: First 2 pets are free; a pet supplement is payable for three dogs or more at ÂŁ30 per pet per week. Town: The West Cumbrian town of Whitehaven is situated on the coast between the sparkling sea and the Lakeland Fells. It was one of the first âplannedâ towns in England and today can boast almost 250 Listed Georgian buildings and some beautiful parks and gardens. Today the townâs harbour is a designated conservation area and visitors can learn about the townâs history at the excellent Beacon Heritage Centre. The surrounding coastline has much to offer, not least its old smugglers villages, such as Ravenglass, and the red sandstone cliffs of pretty St Bees - now the start of Wainwrightâs famous âCoast to Coastâ Walk. Meanwhile inland you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Western lakes: Ennerdale, Loweswater, Crummock, Buttermere and Wastwater. Ennerdale is perhaps the most peaceful of all the lakes, with no public roads running along its National Trust owned shoreline.
