This home is perfect for city getaways, working professionals, contractors or family staycations to the North East. A 5 minute walk to Pelaw Metro Station where you can get access to Newcastle, Sunderland and the coast. Also 12 minutes drive from Newcastle. Ideal for a short commute to Newcastle City Centre as well as being a comfortable home from home for those working in the area.
After plenty of time and effort searching for the right properties to host in Newcastle, we are very proud to be able to allow guests into this modern 5 bedroom house, just outside the city centre.
Ideal for working professionals/contractors, family, friends or just coming to events in Newcastle City centre. Pets are welcome but will have an additional fee.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots and pans along with all the appliances you will need for your stay including oven/microwave.
LIVING/DINING ROOM: The living/dining area is next to the kitchen. The room has a big comfortable sofa, ideal to relax after a day in town. You can find a smart TV, you can only use it for streaming from Netflix, Youtube, etc. (No cable TV). It also has a large dinning table to enjoy a proper meal.
BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms with high quality linen, for a comfortable night sleep.
BATHROOM: The double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 full bathroom with standing shower and bathtub.
ACCESSIBILITY: The property has 2 flights of stairs and wouldn't be accessible for wheelchairs.
SECURITY: The property is fitted with one ring doorbell camera in the lobby of the house located visibly facing the front door. The camera is activated when it detects movement and is there for safety.
PARKING: There is free on-street parking
AREA ATTRACTIONS: Live like a local in Pelaw where relaxed café culture and a few local pubs provide an intimate vibe. There are Aldi and Lidl supermarkets directly in front of the property as you head out. The Metro Station at Pelaw is a 5 minute walk to so access to Newcastle, Sunderland and the Coast is just around the corner.
