Welcome to the stunning apartment, a true oasis in the heart of the city! Nestled on the 1st floor of a modern building, this luxurious residence offers a perfect blend of contemporary design and tranquil outdoor living.
It has 35 mÂČ and it accommodates 3 people, since it has a sofa bed in the leaving room and a double bed in the bedroom.
As you step out onto the beautiful terrace, you are greeted by an awe-inspiring view that stretches out before your eyes. Perched high above the city, the terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the urban landscape below, where you can enjoy a nice and quiet meal while looking at the city.
It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower, including a hairdryer.
The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave/grill and a coffee machine.
It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and iron. The building has a washing machine available for all guests to use.
You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions, and on an exclusive basis.
We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nÂș134, where we check-in and check-out. There you can also leave your luggage and learn more about our transfer services, cruise, wine tasting, guided tours and much more. We provide comfort and safety conditions!
