Located only a few steps from the beautiful coast and beaches, this 2-bedroom, sea-view apartment is suitable for a comfy, carefree, and convenient vacation and comes with desirable amenities like private parking.

The modern fourth-floor getaway is also equipped with a large sea-view balcony terrace where you can soak up the sun or cherish meals in the mild Mediterranean air. The thoughtfully designed living room opens onto the balcony and is furnished with comfy sofas, a SAT TV, a dining table and a separate full kitchen. A Moka coffee machine, oven, microwave, and fridge with freezer.

Sleeping

Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe.
Extra: The single sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping.

There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with a showerhead and the other with a bathtub with a shower.

Location

The apartment enjoys a well-connected location with the opulent villas of Sanremo, its beaches, the famous cycling path of Riviera dei Fiori and the charming old town centre (with the renowned Ariston Theatre and Casino) within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Within walking distance, there are also restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a lidos.

The city is also known for its delicious food, wine and fruit, for events such as the music festival and for the cycle path that starts in Milan. For easy day trips, consider exploring the nearby town of Ventimiglia, just a 30-minute drive away, famous for its Friday market and Roman ruins. Alternatively, hop on a train to picturesque Nice, France, which is around an hour away, offering a taste of French Riviera charm. The nearest international airport is Nice, located about a 50-minute drive from the holiday apartment in Sanremo.
