The wonderful Villa Bonita is located next to the Natural Park El Montgo. At 2 km from the beach of Marineta de Denia and the Natural Park of Las Rotas de Denia, well connected by road.
The Villa Bonita guarantees rest and relaxation thanks to its garden and spectacular views of the MontgĂł. The privacy offered by its plot of 750 m2 with its Mediterranean garden, swimming pool, BBQ and garden.
The property has been renovated with quality materials and furniture giving a charming atmosphere to this Mediterranean style property.
The Mediterranean garden is distributed in various corners, creating charming spaces.
Privacy and views to the sea and Montgo accompany our stay.
The villa has air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living room. There is a single bedroom with a fan. The Villa is distributed on the garden level, as we access the villa through the independent kitchen with access to the terrace. The kitchen communicates with the living-dining room. A corridor-distributor leads to a modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one suite with its complete bathroom and a single bedroom, both with wardrobes.
Going outside through the terrace with naya, a staircase leads to a bright independent room at the top of the villa with two beds, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, wifi and a practical terrace with solarium with wonderful views of the sea and Montgo.
The villa has a closed garage for one car and parking outside the house without problems as it is located in a very quiet residential area.
Its illuminated swimming pool and its large terrace with BBQ will be the ideal area to enjoy long evenings in the Mediterranean light.
The 8Ă4 metre outdoor swimming pool with views of the Montgo and surrounded by a large terrace, with an outdoor shower is the icing on the cake of our charming accommodation and a guarantee of enjoyment and relaxation.
