Villa Sandlyckan - family house near the ocean, 15 min from Gothenburg

Come and stay in our lovely house in Kullavik! The house is built 2018 and all facilities are still in very good condition.

Kullavik is a family-friendly community situated just south of Göteborg. The proximity to the sea makes it a popular summer destination and many who lives here enjoys sailing and other water related activities. From our house there is a 5-10 min bike ride to the nearest beach but there is also many other nice swimming spots nearby, both sand and rocks. There is a bus stop just outside the house and the express bus will take you to down Gothenburg in approx. 25 min. Going by car will get you to “Linneplatsen” in 15 min. Local grocery store and some restaurants are 7 minutes walk away, but if you are planning a nice night out, we recommend the restaurant "PIR" located in the harbour. If you want to discover more of the province “Halland”, the beautiful summer city Varberg is only a 45 minutes car ride away.

The house:
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining area for 6-8 people, living room with large sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Porch door to the garden.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, "master bedroom" with 180 cm bed (king-size bed), bedroom 2-3 "the kids rooms", queen size beds in each room (120 cm). Lots of toys! Also a family room with a sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower.
Garden: Large terrace outside the house with a large Weber BBQ grill, dinner table for 6 and two sofas for relaxing. There is also a trampoline for the kids (an adults of course!).

There is no smoking in the house and no pets are allowed.
