Fullständigt renoverat 2004. Den inhägnade egenskapen är anlagd med frukt och palmer, blommande buskar och vinstockar som erbjuder skönhet och avskildhet. Trädgårdsskärmen Lanai fördubblar storleken på bostadsområdet. Njut av den privata uppvärmda saltvattenpoolen och spa med uteplatser som både är täckta och öppna för att slappa av, läsa, sola, grilla och äta.

Den nymålade interiören har fullt utrustat kök med nytt kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det finns gott om vackra rätter och portioner. Det stora rummet har två distinkta sittplatser: En stor bekväm sektion som vetter mot en väggmonterad platt-TV och ett annat område med en kärleksstol och klubbstol m / soffbord. Matbordet har plats för sex och det finns också ett blad för att förstora det. Matsalen är öppen mot köket och det stora rummet. Sovrum med eget badrum har en ny king size-säng och dörrar öppnas direkt mot en av uteplatserna. Stor duschkabin har 2 duschhuvuden. Ytterligare två sovrum: ett med ny queen size-säng och ett med två nya enkelsängar. Alla sovrum har inbyggda hyllor i garderober. Hallbadrummet har badkar / dusch. Fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare är utanför köket i det bifogade garaget.

Kort 10 minuters bilresa (bara 3. 5 miles) till Hutchinson Island stränder. Bara en mil från huset ligger den stora stormarknaden, Publix. Winn-Dixie är ännu närmare. Många butiker och restauranger och en fantastisk frisk- och grönsaksställning, Barbour's, ligger alla i närheten. Grannstaden Stuart ligger bara 2 mil bort, med ännu fler restauranger och butiksbutiker. Underbart paket med lugn, bekvämlighet och närhet till stranden!

Great stay.

Very confortable home. This was our third year there and going back for a fourth next year. The large fenced back yard for our dog and the covered outside area and fantastic heated pool make the outside of the home great too.

Spotlessly Clean & Quirky Florida Home

Spectacular salt water pool, comfy beds, and strong water pressure in the piping hot shower- fifteen minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Hutchison island, close to Publix, great pizza, and lots of other wonderful restaurants- what more do you need for a perfect vacation?

Enjoyable stay

This was our second stay at this house. The location is nice in a quite neighborhood. The owners are wonderful. They communicate quickly and take care of any issues which arise. There were a few issues with the house that needed to be taken care of. The pool area is nice. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The living room furniture is not very comfortable so for an extended stay was not the best. The kitchen is older but adequate. There is a nice grill that is a bonus. The dishwasher works but is quite old. I think some updates could be made but overall a nice place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Perfect Vacation Home

Peter, our host, was amazing, and we felt as if we were staying at a good friend's home-not just a run of the mill rental. Lots of notes regarding great local places to eat, and things to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for AM walks and even a small playground a block away for the kiddos! The pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels AND beach towels to use poolside, or for a trip to the Atlantic. Only a 15 minute drive over the bridge to some delightful public beaches, and we even found a great "doggie" beach-OFF LEASH!! WooHoo! It was a memorable vacation for EVERYONE!

Comfortable house in a good location

The house is very comfortable, a bit dated but cozy. There were many amenities not listed including kitchen appliances, bikes, beach chairs and a kitchen with many helpful items. The beds were very comfortable with a good air conditioning system. Plenty of towels for shower and pool. The pool area was wonderful with a large shaded area with bar and fully screened in. I can't say enough about the owner Peter. He was so responsive with all things. There were a few things that needed attention and he was quick to remedy. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one..and it was! I would recommend this house for a nice comfortable visit.

Great home with lots to offer in the heart of Jensen Beach

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in Peter's home for several months upon relocating from Mass. to Jensen Beach. The home is located in a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Jensen and Hutchinson Island as well as downtown Stuart. Beautiful private backyard with the highlight being the pool area with lanai. the backyard was perfect for my dog as well :) Peter was extremely accommodating and flexible with us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Also close to supermarkets and restaurants. You cannot get more convenient than this location. I would highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or an extended stay!

Very nice home for a family vacation.

This was a very nice fund. The owner was available for any questions and you could immediately tell it was perfect for having our young grandsons with us. A comfortable atmosphere, a nice pool and really convenient restaurant choices nearby. We'll be back!

Exceptional location and private property in a calm and quiet neighborhood close to everything!

The property and home are incredible! The fenced in yard and beautiful foliage provided an amazingly private experience! The grill was in amazing condition and the extra tank of fuel was a great addition in case you run out. The yard and home were very well kept and inviting! The pool and spa were very well maintained and the home owner's excellent availability and communication made operating it a breeze! Plenty of utensils and dishware made preparing and cooking meals an easy and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, a short drive to stores and restaurants, with some amazing recommendations provided by the homeowners in their informational binder. There are a lot of close beach options (within 10-15 minutes) that made this an A+ location to stay, we couldn't have been happier. The bar and outdoor table provided plenty of room for dining, you can easily entertain for a party of 14+ if needed. There were pool toys available behind the bar that provided hours of entertainment for the kids in the pool. The location in addition to the excellent communication from the home owner make this an amazing rental that we can't wait to return to!

This home has been in our family since 2007. For the first time, we’ve decided to share it. In 2017, we spent several months seriously decluttering, sprucing, painting & purchasing some new appliances, furniture and all new beds and sheets, to be ready to welcome others to our slice of Florida heaven. And since that time, we continue to make improvements, large and small based on the suggestions of our guests.

The Treasure Coast culture is laid back and friendly. This house offers a rare combination of privacy and convenience. The open floor plan continues to amaze us with its simple perfection. With comfortable furniture and walls full of art, the vibe is distinctly casual. The private screened lanai w/pool also includes a long bar w/stools and 2 separate patio areas with overhead ceiling; one for dining and the other is off the primary bedroom. Drive to the beaches in less time than it takes to finish your cup of coffee. Or ride a bike there in 15 minutes. The neighborhood offers endless sidewalks for strolling and biking. Playground is a five minute walk down the street. Grocery stores, boutique shopping and a huge assortment of restaurants, including in Stuart, are all just 5-10 minutes’ drive away. We’ve collected a wide variety of take-out menus, all super convenient to the house. This part of Florida is fairly convenient to Orlando- the 2 hour drive affords a reasonable day trip. There are so many other easy and wonderful destinations for day trips. Or just stay put, swim a few laps in the saline swimming pool and take in some vitamin D.
