Charming newly renovated apartment in a very central area of the city of Bologna.The house features a modern-style interior and opens onto a large living room that comes with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an espresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle and an oven.The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, desk and a French window thanks to which the room can benefit from abundant natural light. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. During their stay our guests will benefit from free wifi, air conditioning and underfloor heating.*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
