Villa Caterina Studio by Wonderful Italy

Apartment ideal for couples, in Desenzano del Garda, in the pretty hamlet of Rivoltella inside the elegant villa Villa Caterina.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and stands out for the level of its fine finishes and its central location, close to the town and the beaches.

Internally it consists of a bright living room equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a small dining table for 2 persons, a TV with access to German channels, an open kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, mini fridge, microwave, American coffee machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The flat is completed by a bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Guests have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables.



Please note that the shades of the furnishings could vary according to the accommodation.



There is a kids' area with a playground in the residential complex.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 15th of October. A swimming cap could be required.



The surrounding vegetation offers shelter from the hot summer days, with tables where guests can enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air.



Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. A parking space with electric recharge is also available.



Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.

In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is less than 3 km from Desenzano train station and just over 32 km from Verona airport.
