The villa is located in the quiet, private estate Les Palivettes with a panoramic view of the rolling hills of Provence.
Inside, you are guaranteed a wow-feeling. The villa is beautifully and very tastefully decorated. The open kitchen is a true paradise for those who love cooking. The spacious living room leads you to the spacious covered terrace where you can blissfully enjoy your aperitif. The bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are practical and light.
The heated private swimming pool (13m x 3.5m) invites you to take a refreshing dip. Afterwards you can enjoy the large fenced and south-oriented garden without any restrictions. The outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and Ofyr BBQ are ideal for a summer lunch or unforgettable dinner in the evening sun.
The region is a walking and cycling paradise. Even for those who do not have the ambition to climb the Mont Ventoux by bike, MalaucĂšne is a nice place to visit. On the weekly market, there is a large offer of regional products and it is also an excellent starting point for exploring historical cities such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, Orange, NĂźmes and Arles. You can let yourself be pampered in the well-known spa and fitness centre "Spa Ventoux Provence" which is within walking distance.
From the terraces you look out on a huge park that is immediately accessible from the garden with a gate. Here you will find several football fields, a playground and plenty of space to play or walk.
