Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 22-acre grounds. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property is accessed via a footpath.. The perfect base to relax, restore and from which to explore the unrivalled beauty of The South Hams.
