Latchford Mews - Vibrant & Modern Four Bed House
Latchford Mews is the newly acquired neighbour to our ever popular Executive St Mary's House!
It's fantastic for individuals wanting to enjoy their own space, corporate & contractor guests, families and those in between house relocation.
As we also have the property next door we can accommodate large groups of up to 15.
The living area comprises of a modern sofa with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. There is also the convenience of a ground floor toilet. The first floor leads of to 3 beautifully finished bedrooms. 1 with a super king size sip & link bed which seperates into 2 single beds if required, followed by another twin room and a single. There's a family bathroom on this floor too.
The second floor takes us to the impressive and spacious master suite equipped with its own en-suite shower room. The master suite also provides a super king size zip & link bed which can be seperated into 2 singles. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 7 guests, with a sofa bed accommodating a further guest. All rooms are fully furnished with everything you need for a home away from home, with a stylish finish.
The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all your essential equipment, utensils and tableware and there is a comfortable dining area. Free parking is also provided outside of the property.
There is a keysafe at the property and details will be provided prior to check in.
If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking is permitted in the property!
Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
