The Tosal Gros ST villa has one of the best views of the city, it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Its spacious rooms and its extensive garden will make this experience unforgettable days.
The plot on which the house is located is distributed in different heights, connected to each other by external stairs.
The entrance area with the car to the villa is located in the middle area, where there is ample parking for 3 cars.
Going down the stairs, on the first floor, is the barbecue area and the pool, where you can enjoy unbeatable views while having fun in the water. In the house there are hammocks available to guests for their comfort.
Going up the stairs we find the third height, in which the house is located. As soon as you enter there is the hall, in which there is a courtesy toilet. From there you access the dining room, with air conditioning, which has impressive views of the city and the bay of Denia. In it there is a fireplace and an access door to the terrace. The flat-screen TV has satellite, so you can enjoy TV in several languages.
On the left, after the dining room, is the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., and all the necessary utensils.
In front of it is the first of the rooms made up of two 90cm beds. together, thus forming a marriage. It has a built-in wardrobe so that they can store their belongings.
If we continue forward we find a distributor with three doors. Crossing the first we find the second room, like the previous one, it has two 90 cm beds. together and a closet. In the door next to this is a bathroom with shower and toilet for men.
Finally we find the third and last room, made up of a double room with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with a bathtub).
From this room, as well as from the kitchen and from the living room, there is access to a terrace with panoramic views of the city and the sea. Also from it you have access to a spiral staircase that leads to an upper terrace.
From the outside we have access to the studio, which consists of a spacious living/dining room, two large air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom (there is no air-conditioning in the living room of the studio).

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
