Stort hus med enormt rustikt stort rum som öppnar sig till ett loft. 3 BRS, 1 badrum, vedspis, välutrustat kök och separat DR. 2 av sovrummen har queen size-sängar och 3Rd har två enkelsängar.

Friendly neighbors in Moultonborough

The house was perfect large bed rooms, fully functional kitchen if you want to stay in and make dinners or lunches on the grill. The neighbors were all very friendly and met some really delightful full timers at the rec center for Friday night acoustic set by a 2-piece band. If there was anything not perfect, the water level in the channel the house sits along, was very low and made negotiating it out to the big lake with an outboard a little tricky. Overall, highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again

Wonderful Week

What a great place to stay with your family! The house was perfect for our needs, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Directions and instructions were clear and concise. We could fish in the creek from the back yard and walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Susan and Lee were very helpful with any questions we had throughout the entire process. We will be back next year, for sure!

Wonderful Getaway

I could not believe how clean this vacation home was. The host was so kind and considerate, had great communication, and made this such an easy process. It was an incredible birthday vacation. Comfortable stay

Wonderful Time

From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd love it here. They have everything you could need while vacationing. Very easy to communicate with Susan and Lee. Kids thought the brook was the best! And was so nice that our son's boat was able to be docked right at the cottage. Can't wait for next year's vacation!

Something for everyone

Perfect property and location. Everything was easy. Easy walk to the beach, easy to bring the boat and go out tubing and fishing, easy to walk to the tennis courts, drive to mountains, and sit and relax at the house. We aren't the type of family to sit still and we all found things that we wanted to do. When we were all at the house we had no problem preparing meals and eating as a family while still having space to spread out when we needed time on our own. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Loved it

Lovely house! Spacious and clean. Not directly on the beach but on a canal that leads to the lake, which is great if you have a boat. We loved our stay there and communication with Susan was perfect.

Perfect family vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved the back yard and fishing off the pier. The community beach was great. Host was available to answer any questions we had. Lots of things to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful Stay

Susan & Lee’s house was more than we expected! I was very impressed on how clean the house was!! The inside is very spacious & the beds are pretty comfy. The backyard was very relaxing & your walking distance to the beach was only 10 minutes. Would highly recommend brining your friends & family here. Surely no doubt you will have a fun time!! We will definitely come again!!

Memorial Day

We had a wonderful time staying for our second year in a row. The property is beautiful and very clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with and gracious to answer any questions.
