This property of 120 m2 and its grounds of 800 m2 whose access and facilities are private, can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. Located on the borders of PĂ©rigord and Angoumois, you will be 30 minutes from AngoulĂȘme. Secure parking on site.
On the ground floor:
You will enter the fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a large living / dining room with large flat screen and wifi.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- 1 large bathroom with shower and double sink
- 1 separate WC
On the 1st floor:
- 3 large bedrooms, one with 1 180 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed, another with 1 200 cm*200 bed and a last one with a 160 cm bed.
- a bathroom with shower in one of the bedrooms
- a separate WC
Outside, an enclosed space furnished with many facilities: swimming pool, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, garden furniture, ping pong table. A closed barn will allow you to store bicycles and motorcycles in safety and shelter.
The little extra: Pets are allowed. However, a supplement of âŹ40/animal is requested for specific cleaning upon departure.
