The Space:

The entrance hallway leads into a beautifully designed open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. A dining table for four completes the inviting setting.

The sleek high-gloss kitchen, finished with elegant marble-effect countertops, comes fully equipped with everything you need: an oven, induction hob, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and a range of glassware, crockery, and cookware.

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only (no lift).

While there is no on-site parking, Blossom Street Car Park is a short walk away, offering pay-and-display options via cash or the ‘Pay by Phone’ app (location code: 802860).

York Railway Station is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with additional NCP long-stay parking available nearby.

Within a short walk to Micklegate Bar Walls and some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars which York has to offer. Also a short distance to the fabulous York Racecourse and York train station.

Getting Around:
York has Tier electric scooters, which can be located on the Tier app. If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is by Clifford's tower. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank or walking the city walls.
