This sophisticated apartment blends style and innovation, designed for the modern London professional. The Space:
Open and clean with modern interiors and simplistic yet stylish lines. This apartment can only be described as the perfect getaway while in London and a place for real work- life balance. Marble meets velvet, fluffy carpets and open plan rooms with windows that surround you and bring the outside in, in the most peaceful way. Fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. You will not want to leave.
Guest Access:
Shared entrance, elevator in the building, private roof terrace with noise restrictions past 11pm.
The Neighborhood:
You are a 5 minute walk from Queens Park's Salusbury Road. Act like a local by squeezing in a workout session at the independent gyms and yoga studios. Then, reward yourself with a meal in one of the many restaurants, or take your coffee or smoothie on the rooftop deck. As well as being close to open spaces of west London, the apartment also boasts its own private courtyard, a rare and beautiful gift in the densely packed urban areas of London.

There is an alarm in the house as well as security cameras in the communal area and front door before entering the flat

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
