We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of our home.
As with most historical buildings, the hallways and stairs are narrow, and access to the apartment is via two flights of stairs.
Keys are collected and returned at a central pick-up point.
The central location means youâre close to everything, but city noise (including rubbish collection and occasional neighbourhood activity) can be heard at night and in the early morning.
Hot water and air conditioning are available but may take time to reach full performance.
As in many Mediterranean cities, occasional dust or small insects may appear despite regular professional cleaning and pest control.
The sofa can be extended for extra sleeping space, but it is not a standard sofa bed. Extra bedding is provided when booked for more than two guests.

Eixample, or L'Eixample, is a vibrant and central neighbourhood in Valencia, Spain. This area is renowned for its modernist architecture, wide boulevards, and grid-like street layout, making it a unique and visually striking part of the city.
L'Eixample is characterized by its cosmopolitan atmosphere, featuring a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The neighbourhood offers a wide range of shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options, making it a lively and dynamic place to explore.
The neighbourhood's central location provides easy access to many of Valencia's main attractions and cultural landmarks. From historical sites like the Valencia Cathedral and the Central Market to contemporary attractions like the City of Arts and Sciences, L'Eixample is an excellent starting point for discovering the city's diverse offerings.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Bailén, is just a 12-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
