Breakers View is a reverse-level holiday home with four ground-floor bedrooms including a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, and a twin, along with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a cloakroom, and a utility. Upstairs, there is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with log burner and balcony. Appliances include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is CCTV covering the driveway and front door, private driveway parking for three cars, and a rear, enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, fire pit, barbecue and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.4 miles or less. Note: Fuel for the log burner is not provided. Breakers View is a luxury escape to Cornwall.

Thereâs wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
