Breakers View is a reverse-level holiday home with four ground-floor bedrooms including a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, and a twin, along with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a cloakroom, and a utility. Upstairs, there is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with log burner and balcony. Appliances include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is CCTV covering the driveway and front door, private driveway parking for three cars, and a rear, enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, fire pit, barbecue and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.4 miles or less.
