Welcome to this charming countryside villa located near Muro, in the north of Mallorca, ideal for 8 people seeking privacy.

Located in a rural, quiet area near the village of Muro, the villa is just a 10-15 minutes drive from the beach Can Picaforrt and Playa de Muro with leisure activities, hiking trails, restaurants, bars and watersports. Muro itself is a quiet traditional town with a nice square with bars and some shops, a gas station and picturesque alleys. Visit the market of Sineu, which takes place each Wednesday or enjoy a sunset at Son Marriog in the Tramuntana Mountains. Please note that a car is necessary to move around.

This country house is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. Enjoy the 10 x 4 metres sized salt water pool, mobile barbecue, and a big furnished terrace with sofas and dining area, as well as 6 sun loungers for your comfort.

Inside, you will find a cozy living-dining room with an open kitchen, including a dishwasher, gas cooker, nespresso coffee maker and all utensils to cook during your holidays. The villa also features a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living area, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron with ironing board. The four bedrooms offer a double bed each, two of them with air conditioning, and the other two with fans. All of them have an en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for your convenience. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 14 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
