Apartment Charà  is a 4-bed vacation home in Lido Marini, for rent for stays just minutes from the beaches of the lively summer resort on the Ionian Sea.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric stove, outdoor shower and TV. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is introduced by a gate and a small garden with flowerbed and driveway leading to the veranda, furnished with outdoor sitting area for relaxing in the cool of the evening.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table, chairs, comfortable sofa and air conditioning that cools the rooms. From the entrance there is a well-equipped kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms. Complete the interior 1 bathroom shower.
The CharĂ apartment has a large backyard with a patio equipped to spend pleasant hours of relaxation outdoors.

Lido Marini is a resort famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. In summer all services are present.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
