This apartment is a little bit special. Looking out over the Estuary in Southend. Has a beautiful open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with views onto the enormous wrap around balcony. The property benefits from 3 good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite with a beautiful vista to the west and the main bathroom benefits from a sauna shower. There is a hot tub on the balcony where you can watch the sun set over Southend. This penthouse is situated in the heart of Southend-on-sea nestled between mainline travel links with London within easy access. It is also 5 minutes walk from a vibrant high street and Southend's famous pier and amusement park. There are plenty of lovely places to eat surrounding the property. The views from this property are outstanding and the balcony benefits from sunshine from morning until the evening. Parking available at the property for one vehicle.

Seaside Stay Review

The place and people were fantastic! Had a great stay and was everything we needed! Was a bit worried about car stacker parking space but ended up being fine! Gets a bit warm in main room when sun is out but other than that we had a great stay!

Great views

We stayed 7 days over the Christmas holiday. The apartment is new and clean, Showers were great, Steam shower was a plus, Kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Beds were as comfortable as the one at home. The gym downstairs was a bonus. Would recommend
