Welcome to Tree Life Residence, a gorgeous villa situated above the charming coastal town of Rethymno. Tree Life Residence boasts beautiful vistas of the lush surroundings and the glistening sea. The villas prime location provides guests with a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, as it is just a stones throw away from both the sandy shores and the vibrant town center. Embraced by natures splendor, this enchanting retreat offers an unparalleled escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With its 6 spacious bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, providing ample space for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Embodying a modern, natural palette, the furniture adorned with vibrant details and sleek, simple lines exudes a minimalist touch that complements the smart layout. The 300 m2 property spreads across two levels, encompassing both the ground and first floor of a two-storey building, where the owner lives on the second floor.
Ground Floor
Upon entering, youll be greeted by an inviting open-plan space consisting of the living room and kitchen. The room provides direct access to both the pool terrace and the BBQ area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor enjoyment.
- The seating area is perfect for relaxing and socializing, with a comfortable corner sofa, A/C and a 43 smart TV.
- The single wall kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful self-catered holiday. Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.
The ground floor boasts three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with A/C, 32 smart TVs, wardrobes, and vanities. To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide high-quality bed linen, bathrobes, bathroom and pool towels for all our guests.
- The first bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 X 2.00) and direct outdoor access.
- The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed (1.60 X 2.00) and direct outdoor access.
- The third bedroom also comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed (1.60 X 2.00) and has direct access to the BBQ area.
- For added convenience, there is a WC and a utility room with a washer/dryer available on the ground floor.
First Floor
As you ascend to the first floor, youll find an additional seating area, second kitchen and the remaining 3 bedrooms of the residence.
- A cosy seating area features a plush corner sofa, A/C, and a remarkable 65 smart TV. A Playstation 5, board games, and a Bluetooth speaker, ensure endless fun for all.
- Adjacent to the seating area, a second fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a round breakfast table for 4 and an extra dining table for 6. Ths kitchen opens up to a balcony equipped with patio furniture.
- Step outside onto the second, more spacious balcony and discover an enchanting outdoor seating area and an additional dining table for 6. From here, you can soak in breathtaking views of the pool terrace and the picturesque surrounding area, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation and gatherings.
- The fourth bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 X 2.00), while the fifth and the sixth bedrooms boast spacious queen-sized beds (1.60 X 2.00). All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, 32 smart TVs, and wardrobe space, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
- Completing the first floor is a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, providing all the amenities you need.
- For those who wish ti stay active, a yoga mat, free wights and exercise bands are available.
- For our young guests (up to 2 y.o.) a high chair, baby cot and stroller can be provided upon request.
- Finally, there is a separate WC for added convenience.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Tree Life Residence sprawls across an expansive 800m2 and it was thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience for the whole family. Providing a plethora of amenities and facilities that include:
- Your own private oasis awaits with a 50 sq.m. swimming pool, reaching a depth of 1.40m, featuring step access and a built-in seating area with hydro massage. For the little ones, a separate 0.50m deep compartment offers safe and enjoyable splashing. Upon request, the pool can be heated for the entirety of your stay, with an additional daily charge.
- Surrounding the pool, a carefully curated pool area awaits with comfortable sun beds, 2 chaise longues, side tables, umbrellas and a hanging egg chair inviting you to unwind and soak up the suns rays. A poolside shower is also available.
- For those who love outdoor cooking, the gas BBQ facilities, complete with a small fridge and outdoor sink, provide the perfect space for preparing and savoring delightful al fresco meals with family and friends.
- Gather around the long, wooden outdoor table accommodating up to 14 guests, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared meals and cherished moments.
- Relax in the outdoor seating area, offering a comfortable corner sofa and a convenient coffee table, perfect for lounging.
- The lush lawn-covered area in front of the pool adds a touch of natural beauty, enhancing the serenity of the surroundings and younger guests will delight in the playground located on the artificial lawn under the shade of a stunning tree. The playground features a small picnic table, swings, a wooden climbing structure with a slide, and an exciting trampoline.
