Welcome to Panoramic Apartment, a modern space designed to give your stay the comfort, quiet and coziness of a real home. Book your stay and enjoy all the comfort that this place has to offer: a dedicated parking space, a wide screen smart TV in each room, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing panoramic view from the outdoor terrace.
We are available via text or phone for support in finding the best activities in Brașov and its surroundings, places to visit as well as for eventual issues during your stay.
The Panoramic Apartment is an individual accommodation unit with one bedroom, located in one of the newest residential complexes in Brașov, Vivamus Residence Park.
The space can accommodate up to 4 people in a bedroom and a living room and is perfect for couples or friends who want to discover Brasov and its surroundings.
The best option for reaching the city centre of Brașov is by car or Uber, as all the major tourist attractions are located up to 10 min driving distance which will give you the opportunity of enjoying the vibes of Brasov, one of the most beautiful cities in Romania.
• We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
• To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we strictly prohibit smoking indoors, but you're welcome to smoke on the terrace. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
• To ensure everyone's comfort, we don't allow pets or parties in our property.
• Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs exceeding 3 hours from the standard hours will be subject to an additional 50% rent/day fee.
• If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
• To guarantee a premium hospitality experience, we'll schedule an additional cleaning for stays over 7 nights to change linens, towels, and toiletries, and charge the guest accordingly.
• For safety reasons, please keep an eye on small children in all areas of the property.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please let us know before confirming your booking.
