A 19th-century house with a story of its own.

Our five private apartments are the perfect place to unwind or step straight into the rhythm of CĂĄdiz.

From reading quietly in the lounge to watching the sunset from the rooftop — this is your space to slow down, connect, and feel at home.

All apartments overlook the romantic Plaza Candelaria and preserve their original 19th-century wooden ceilings, complemented by traditional Moroccan tile floors that add warmth and character.

You’ll have access to the entire house, including the shared lounge and rooftop terrace with cozy seating areas — ideal for relaxing in privacy.

From middle of the historic old town it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, market hall and railway station. You’ll find grocery stores, several cafĂ©s and a pharmacies. The beaches are also walkable.

Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square.

CĂĄdiz is famous for its cuisine. There are several truly excellent restaurants right on Plaza Candelaria.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Plaza Candelaria It's one of the most beautiful and green squares in CĂĄdiz, situated in the heart of the historic old town. All places of interest are within a few minutes walking distance and it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, Beach, market hall and railway station.

Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square. Nowadays you will find a variety of shops and fine restaurants. One of our favorite places is the Café Royalty, open since 1912 and has been renovated keeping the decoration of the time. A few meters from the square you will also find the classic La Manzanilla tavern from the year 1900, it is a good place to try the wines of the province.

Plaza Candelaria is also home of the famous carnival society „La Peña“, who awards prizes for the best carnival performances. For the rest of the year Plaza Candelaria is famous for his tranquillity and relaxed atmosphere.
