2 double bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen and PRIVATE PARKING.

This beautiful house is located just 15 meters from the white sandy beach of Putzu Idu.
From the waterfront terrace, you can admire the entire bay and have direct access to the sea with just a few steps.
It's perfect for families with young children, couples, business travelers and anyone looking for wonderful relaxing holiday.
There are 2 rooms with private bathrooms (each room provides the right privacy), 2 queen-size double beds, and a comfortable sofa bed.
Both bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning.
The bathrooms offer a shower cabin, sanitary facilities, towels, hairdryer, mirror, and a welcome kit with shampoo, body soap, and hand soap.
