Wonderful time.

The place was very clean, and there was attention to detail around the apartment. The apartment has an easy access by bus to NYC. The hosts are super friendly and attentive. They were very helpful with everything. I would easily recommend this apartment. Great place to stay

Cozy

Nice basement apartment. Was very clean and host polite. Floors are a little thin, could hear everything moving or walking above our heads at 7 am. Places to eat with in walking distance. Bus stop across the street takes you to the city.

Disappointed!

When I got to the property, there was major construction going on on the house. It was extremely noisy and very messy. The shower was a slow trickle with very little pressure. There is no adequate seating. There is one recliner that does not recline in the whole apartment. Parking is an issue. That may be due to the construction. I appreciate that they are putting an effort in to making it more pleasant. However, it would have been nice to have been warned about the construction. We had no idea that it would be going on or else I would have chosen a different apartment.All in all we were very disappointed and would not recommend.I must say that the hosts were very friendly the couple of times that we saw them and our space was clean.

Trip for a concert in NY

The pictures and listing are quite accurate. The hosts were very prompt to respond with questions and accommodating us. It is located in the basement but is quite clean. We stayed for the easy trip to New York and really only needed a place to sleep. If you were just using this place for sleepping it is perfect. The hosts also allowed me to bring a toaster oven if I had wanted so I would be able to cook a quick meal or snack, but the place is located to everything. There are plenty places to eat. I would definitely stay again.

It wasnt what I had hoped for

The only perk was the bus stop across the street. There was almost no water pressure, it was freezing and no way to adjust to temperature, there was banging noises late in the evening and early in the morning that sounded like it was coming from the pipes. Kept us up at night and woke me up before the sun was up in the morning.No couch in the living area to relax as a family. Stayed there for Christmas for a trip to NYC as a family and would not stay again. The communications with the host was the only other plus I would mention.
