Ground floor apartment with private pool located on the Costa del Sol in the Golden Mile area of Bahia de la Plata, very close to Playa de Punta Plata beach.
The historic centre of Estepona is 3 km away.
The 265m2 modern apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.
The 2 double bedrooms with SMART TV and 1 bedroom with two single beds offer plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The 2 bedrooms and the living room can be accessed through a large French window onto the terrace.
The terrace features a private swimming pool heated to 25 degrees by solar panels, a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and comfortable sun loungers.
If you do not want to dine on the terrace, you can use the indoor dining table, which is part of the spacious living room.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, SMART TV with internet access (Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+) for relaxation and rest. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen with quality cabinetry and modern appliances offers plenty of space to carry out your holiday culinary activities.
Equipment includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine (Nesspresso), kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There are coffee and tea making tablets, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.
A set of high quality, heavyweight towels and bath towels, comfortable bed linen (cotton/satin mix) are provided for our guests in the apartment, and in the bathroom you will find soap, shower gel, 3-ply toilet paper and a hairdryer.
