Stylish and Spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the City Centre of Southampton.
This hidden gem is conveniently tucked away meaning you have a cosy nights sleep and you're still central to all the bars, restaurants and tourist attractions which are on the door step.
Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Southampton has to offer.
Guests have their own private access to the apartment.
The door on the ground floor, leads to a stair case, at the top of the stairs you are on the the first floor you will reach the front door of the flat.
This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom stylish apartment has all the essential amenities including spacious open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer and oven.
And a Nespresso coffee maker so you can enjoy a good start to your mornings. You'll have access to high-speed fiber internet and SmartTV with Netflix and all other streaming services. Iron, Iron board and clothes drying rack.
Grove House will accommodate up to 10 people.
THE BEDROOMS
Bed Configurations - To ensure your preferences are met, advance notice is appreciated for setup.
Bedroom 1 - 4 Singles (OR 2 king beds or 1 king bed & 2 singles on request)Â
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double
Bedroom 3 - 1 Double
Living room: 2 sofa bed - linen provided on request
The comfortable single beds can be interlinked to create king-size beds on request, and all have hotel-standard soft cotton bedding.
The NCP car park is the next-door building, this is where you can park your car. Height restrictions apply, so if you're travelling in a larger vehicle there's also an outside car park space on the same site with no height restrictions.
Alternatively, for cheaper options you may also want to consider 'JustPark' as local home owners rent their car space.Â
Please note: There are private parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation but these have no relation to our property and we strongly advise guests not park in these spaces as they may incur a fine. Â
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Truvi or Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a ÂŁ200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable ÂŁ25 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Additional guests over 3 are charged at a rate of ÂŁ10 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost.
Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
