Adorable condo for a family

Initially, we didn’t know what to expect, but WOW!! This 1-bedroom condo is just perfect for a family of 4. It's got awesome amenities, and everything is really clean and up to date (seemed brand new). Plus, it's just a short walk to the stand-up lift that takes you to the gondola. John, the host, was super responsive and helpful. Great place, great spot, and an all-around awesome experience! Can't wait to come back!

Great host, cozy unit, convenient location

John is a great host, very responsive to inquiry questions. Unit is cozy, has everything needed for a short stay. Location is convenient, walking distance to the Gondola. The clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi is a nice place to relax after ski.

Convenient location

The place is very convenient to cathe the shuttle. It was very clean. The only bad thing that others have also said is you can’t see the Building L from the parking lot. As

No complaints!! Great place.

I love the canyons. Figured out really quick that there was a shuttle that would take you practically anywhere. Canyon village connect. Just download the app and create an account. It was free but you could tip them with Venmo. Once you requested the to and from, they would be there within minutes right outside the unit!! They kept up with snow removal but it would have been nice to have a snow shovel. Unit was adequately stocked but there were a miss match of pots and lids (none matched). No big deal. Could have used a little more silverware, spoons I think. Nice to have laundry but it took me a while to figure it out as it was a combo washer/dryer. No ice maker and only one tray to make ice but it was only 2 of us so wasn't an issue. Layout was perfect as it was just me and a friend. Bathroom is accessible from both the living and bedroom area. I would definitely return!!

Great place to stay for ski trip

Great place. Clean, cozy and everything we needed. The shuttle service picks you up right at your place to take you to the slopes at Canyon Village, which was great.

Ski vacation

John's place was great for our ski trip to Park City. The check in and communication was timely and efficient. The condo itself was perfect for two people. The bed was very comfy after a long day of skiing, and the unit itself is tucked away enough so it was very quite at night. The hot tub and heated outdoor pool across the street were great as well. We didn't want to walk to the Cabriolet lift in ski boots, but it was only a two minute drive to the free Cabriolet parking lot every morning. Would recommend if skiing Park City

Lovely stay at Canyon Village Park City

We had a lovely stay and the unit was every bit as good as described. A short walk to the base of the Canyon Village ski area, or even better the free shuttle via Canyon Village (CV) Connect during the ski season. Look to be dropped off at the Sundial Lodge property for the quickest access to the slopes. The unit was comfortable and well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. John was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place with the best clubhouse!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was small but had everything we needed for a long weekend skiing. The clubhouse was our favorite part- huge heated pool and jacuzzi and indoor sauna. Also, great location to the mountain. Super fast drive to the cabriolet or the mountain. Just far enough that you wouldn't want to walk in skiis but still a great location.

Best Condo at Red Pines

Super clean and new. Everything you need for your stay in Park City. This host is super thoughful and has provided a comfortable and well stocked condo. John is great with communication and recommendations. We will definately look for him as our host on our next trip!

Cozy Condo

This property is located in Canyon Village, and is just an 8 minute walk from the gondolas that take you to Park City’s finest skiing access. The location is great, as you still have great access, but without the “hotel” feel that some other properties in the area have. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials for our stay. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our time at the property. Plenty of common areas for the kids to play in the snow and explore. My wife and daughter did not ski, and they still found our week long stay very enjoyable! Highly recommended for a stay in Park City.

Red Pine condo

We enjoyed the condo and the area. We did rent a car which made it easy to go to ski each day. Only took bus once when the Orange bubble broke so wait to get on mountain was very long so we went to Park City. The condo was well equipped. Would have been nice to have an empty cabinet for food storage but otherwise perfect!

Perfect place for your winter wonderland

Great Price, Great Location, Great Skiing .... Good Times. This is a premium spot for your Canyons trip. A quick walk to the cabriolet lift will take you to the village to catch the lifts or some great shopping or dining. Even better is the Canyons Village Shuttle open from 7am-12 pm every day. Download the app and the connect shuttle picks you up at the door and takes you where you need to go. This is my 4th year staying at "the spot" John is a great host and super easy to work with. I was able to change dates no problem. John is quick to return texts or phone calls and the place has always been spotless. The kitchen is well equipped including a strainer for "your girls" berries she bought from the store. Good times and great skiing. Highly suggested. Thanks agian for the good times John ...... till next time my friend

Host is a real challenge

1) Claims pool is heated year round (but the clubhouse is closed so no pool access during our stay) 2) Rented condo even when the heat was broken and claimed a space heater was sufficient (40 degree nights) 3) Claimed sending a heater repairman to fix the heat was a ‘favor’ (when he should have repaired the problem before renting) 4) We have a 4 month old and the repairman sprayed spray paint and glass cleaner in the house, creating a toxic smell and chasing us out during a nap (took 45 min to dissipate) 5) Host promised to bring a fan to help air the place out but never showed up and then ghosted for several hours 6) When we said we’d prefer to leave and asked for a refund, he decided we were scamming him and got really angry (he could have saved himself the trouble and fixed the heat before renting) 9) When asked before all this happened about extending our stay, he asked to be paid by venmo, which means vrbo won’t help you if anything goes wrong. 10) Some essentials like dish soap and trash bags were missing. But after previous interactions with the host, we didn't feel comfortable communicating with him. So we just bought the stuff ourselves. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this host and condo and find yourself another place. He seems to have a victim complex - and rather than working with you to make your vacation pleasant, he lashes out and blames you instead and invokes legalese to justify. Not so pleasant.

2nd times a charm

This was the second time I`ve stayed at John`s place in the Red Pine Condominiums. The place is perfectly located on the street next to the Cabrilet lift. A short walk in the morning or use of the CV connect to have the shuttle pick you up gets you to the Canyons village quickly. The place has everything you need to do a quick weekend trip or stay a week and cook meals for you and company. John was really easy to communicate with and called within a few minutes when I needed some additional check in information. I plan on going back next year. Thanks again for the place. See you soon ! They would go from surfing in Hawaii and California where they called home to enjoying the greatest snow on earth snowboarding and skiing in Park City. John now calls Park City his full time home and added this great rental property for friends and family to come enjoy Park City as much as they do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property because of it's great proximity to the Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. It's a short walk to the cabriolet or the Waldorf private ski lift and the Park City free bus stop is just at the end of the street or affordably and quickly use UBER or LYFT. Within the Red Pine Development it's important to have a unit tucked away from the parking lot, we love this spot!
